Following a long process, we eventually received planning permission to create a Community Garden in Haydon Bridge! Thanks to supportive funders, generous donations and discounts from local companies, and many hours of hard work from our fabulous Community Volunteers and dedicated Volunteer Directors, work is well under way...

30 tonnes of sub base kindly donated from Howford Recycling to create the base layer for our wooden Learning Centre!

Concrete delivery for the Learning Centre base, kindly discounted from Ezimix Concrete!

Wonderful Volunteers, and our dedicated Volunteer Director Neil pouring the concrete!

Our dedicated Volunteer Director, Siobhan leading a fabulous team of community volunteers to erect the first stage of the polytunnel!

Another fantastic team of community volunteers led by our fantastic Volunteer Director Neil, to begin phase 1 of installing our wheelchair accessible pathways, to make the Community Garden fully accessible and inclusive to all!
